Mission

    The mission of Vivano Soccer Academy (VSA) is to offer a year-round program that will offer all soccer players at different ages the opportunity to enhance their development.  Through VSA's 3-structure programs, VSA will offer its youth developmental academy (U8-U10), establish premier development teams (U10-U12) and premier teams (U13-U19).  All premier developmental and premier teams will be formed with ability to compete against top organizations on a state, regional and national level striving to go as high as possible within that teams capabilities.  Our club goal is to be one of the best, if not the best soccer club for the developing player.

Philosophy

VSA UNITED is committed to individual player's development within the confines of well-organized team play.  The ultimate objective is to have all players develop into a more rounded and complete soccer player.  VSA will help players achieve their full potential in a Fun, Positive and Motivating atmosphere.

VSA Structure Programs:

1. Youth Development Academies - ages U8-U10
   Objective: Development of individual players footskills.  Players participate in a program that emphasizes on the players ability to control the ball, implement moves, development foot speed and skills.  
2. Premier Development - ages U10-U12
   Objective: Program indentifies players with the potential of becoming premier soccer players and provide them with high-level training and professional coaching.  The developmental program will serve as a stepping-stone in preparing players for the VSA  program.
3. Premier - ages U13-U19
   Objective: Program is dedicated to providing professional quality instruction.  Our club goal at this level is to be one of the best, if not, the best soccer Club in MA.  An established coach will head each team to continue the player and its team development.  VSA is strongly focused on developing players within the team concept, in preparation for excelling at the  High School, College and Professional Levels.

VSA is Ciro Viviano's soccer Training and Development school which offers both camps and personalized training.
